FAMILY MEDICAL CARE
Orlando Family Medical is your Medical Home. We provide complete health care by using a team oriented approach. Your medical home team includes your health care provider, your specialist, and most importantly, YOU!
In addition, we provide the following services:

Family care includes diabetes care, chest pains, colds, school physicals, and general health care. All of our staff is bilingual, and there is always a doctor on call 24 hours a day for all emergency medical situations. Our office labs, preventative care for both men and women, and ultrasounds.
Medical services cover school physicals, laboratories, ultrasounds, EKGs, and GYN. While we prefer appointments, emergency walk-ins are accepted.

SAME DAY/WALK INS
We accept same day appointments and walk-ins for all of our locations. We understand the importance of making sure that those in the community can come see a healthcare provider during working hours when they are sick or have an emergency. We care that each patient that comes to see a healthcare provider in any of our offices is treated with compassion, empathy, and respect. This prevents the patient from unnecessary ER visits that may cause a high deductible, copay, or any extra charges.

PATIENT CARE
Patient personal care is our priority. We ensure to provide evidence-based care and equal access for all our patients.

TRANSPORTATION
Here in OFM we provide transportation for all those Medicare patients who need to be brought to and from the office to make sure they have the utmost medical care. We offer transportation not only to the office but also to specialist appointments and imaging center appointments.
HOME & HOSPITAL CARE
We coordinate with our hospitalist to ensure proper care. Additionally, we manage your home health care needs.

LABS & DIAGNOSTICS
Labs and diagnostics procedures (Ultrasounds, EKG’S, Echos) can be done in-house for your convenience.
DISPENSING PHARMACY
Prescriptions are filled in-house by our onsite office pharmacy.
CARE COORDINATION
Direct specialist management, including behavioral health.
SCHOOL PHYSICALS
Orlando Family Medical provides required school physicals for students so they can participate in sports and extracurricular activities. Our staff has all of the required paperwork needed for your physicals.
Orlando Family Medical is available for all required immigration physicals. Our staff has all the required paperwork and will administer all needed vaccines to fulfill your requirements for becoming a U. S. citizen
